This retail unit is open for both breakfast and lunch. Offerings include a self-serve salad bar, hot entrees, sandwiches, pizza and desserts.

Cook Commons
Located in the hub of Central campus, Cook Commons is home to one of our three residential dining venues located on campus. Pay one price at the door and enjoy "all you care to eat" at its best. Door prices: Breakfast $5.50, Lunch/Brunch $9.20, Dinner $9.80.

Take 5ive a resident take-out program located inside Cook Commons gives students an alternative option to dining in. Students can select one entrée, one beverage and complete their meal with sides, baked goods or dessert for a total of five items. Take 5ive is available Monday - Friday during the breakfast and lunch periods.

Cyber Café
UVM’s gourmet coffee house featuring Speeder & Earl’s blends of locally roasted coffees. Lattes are another favorite here partnered with fresh baked muffins, cookies or biscotti. Also available, a complete selection of Simply to Go salads, sandwiches and desserts. Great place to study and have a snack.

Waterman Café
Offers express breakfast and lunch options. The Café features soups, light entrees and hot sandwiches, as well as a varied selection of Simply to Go pre-packaged foods for take-out. Green Mountain Roasters Coffee is always on tap and there are plenty of pastry items available to enjoy it with.

Waterman Manor
Enjoy an a la carte menu with waited service. Always, a soup of the day and fresh, self-serve salad bar available. Menu includes tasty, hot sandwiches and freshly prepared seasonal salads. Service is attentive and friendly and the views of Lake Champlain, from the terrace, are spectacular.
