Summer Dining Just Got Better! 2008/2009
Our Summer Session Dining Plan, provided by University Dining Services, turns your UVM ID into a prepaid debit card.
Use it at any of the dining location listed below.
Open a new account with a required minimum of $50.00 and receive a 10%
incentive. Add to the account throughout the summer and
receive the 10% incentive.
Payment options: cash, check, money order or credit cards.
Visit the Meal Plan Office at A110 Living & Learning or call
802.656.2945.
Summer Dining Plans are refundable (less any incentive value,
and a $10.00 account handling charge.) At the end of the summer,
transfer your account balance to a year round "Meal Plan."

The Atrium*: Located on the first floor of the Given Medical Building. Featuring a self-service salad bar, hot entrees, sandwiches, pizza, and afternoon snacks.
Waterman Manor: Offers an a la carte menu with waited service. Menu includes tasty hot sandwiches and freshly prepared seasonal salads. Enjoy the view of Lake Champlain from the terrace of the Waterman Building .
Waterman Café*: Located on the second floor of the Waterman Building . The Waterman Café features soups, light entrees, hot sandwiches, and a selection of take-out items. Enjoy a cup of Green Mountain Roasters Coffee with a pastry.

Brennan's*:
Located on the first floor, Brennan's is a fun, laid back
gathering place for the UVM community; featuring grilled
favorites, hot entrees, soups, plus a varied selection of Smart
Market salads, wraps and sandwiches.
New World Tortilla*:
A popular local eatery featuring burritos, tacos and
specialty wraps. The Thai chicken wrap with ginger slaw and
spicy peanut sauce is a customer favorite.

Cat$cratch is also accepted at all dining locations.
All facilities will follow the University's administrative
holiday schedule for Memorial Day and July 4th.
