Lost University ID Cards
Your University ID card accesses your meal plan account and it is worth money. If you lose it, you must take immediate steps to protect your account and replace your ID.
Call the CatCard Service Center - 802.656.4509 to put a hold on your account. Once reported, your account is frozen and the meal plan account becomes unusable. During the evenings and on weekends, report lost cards to Police Services - 802.656.3473.
Please Note: All guests wanting to access a meal plan account - either meals or points, must present their UVM photo ID or a university issued guest card. There is no exception to this policy. Anyone found in possession of and attempting to use a UVM photo ID card which does not belong to them to access a meal plan account will be subject to the disciplinary policies and procedures of the University of Vermont and the State of Vermont.
