Meal Plans 2011/2012
The primary mission of University Dining Services is to enhance the student experience by providing a unique, engaging dining experience that meets individual needs, enhances health and well being, and encourages community through participation in promotional events and support of the student educational experience.
Each meal plan offers a variety of meal options, satisfying varied dietary requirements, personal tastes and individual schedules. With multiple dining locations throughout our campus we truly offer something for everyone. Whichever plan you choose, you know you’re getting excellent meals at a terrific value.

Resident Student Dining Meal Plan - 2011/2012
All resident students must choose from one of the plans below. For students not living in on-campus housing or for staff and faculty members, special plans may be purchased on a voluntary basis. Resident meal plans can only be used at on-campus dining locations.

- Cook Commons located on Central Campus
- Harris/Millis located on Athletic Campus
- Redstone Unlimited located on Redstone Campus
Each "Unlimited Access" Plan includes an option for 300 or 100 retail points, three guest meals per semester, plus access to our resident dining "Simply to Go," take-out program:
- with 300 retail points……… $1835 per semester
- with 100 retail points……… $1641 per semester
Unused retail points at the end of the fall semester will carry over to spring semester. Unused points at the end of spring semester are non-refundable.

The Retail "Points" Plan is a declining balance account. Retail Points can be used at all campus dining facilities including our "all you care to eat" dining locations. It is the responsibility of the plan holder to budget their retail points. See what

The Retail "Points" Plan offers two levels of retail points plus meals. Meals can be used throughout the semester at any of our "all you care to eat" dining locations:
- with 1366 retail points plus 25 meals……… $1641 per semester
- with 1050 retail points plus 20 meals……… $1290 per semester
Unused retail points at the end of the fall semester will carry over to spring semester. Unused points at the end of spring semester are non-refundable. Any unused meals at the end of fall and spring semester are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Your selected Meal Plan can be accessed using your UVM ID Card. All plan holders must present their ID card at a dining facility to utilize their plan. |
