Simpson Unlimited Dining
Resident dining; pay one price at the door and enjoy “all you care to eat” at its best.  Door prices: Breakfast $5.50, Lunch/Brunch $9.20, Dinner $9.80. Multiple formats include Redstone Grille with standard grill items plus daily specials, Redstone Kitchen; a cook to order entrée station, pizza and pasta bars.

One of the most popular formats, Pacifica , has entrees inspired by the Pacific Rim and always features a tofu selection at lunch and dinner. An, on site bakeshop ensures sweet treats for every part of the day.

Take 5ive a resident take-out program located inside Simpson gives students an alternative option to dining in. Students can select one entrée, one beverage and complete their meal with sides, baked goods or dessert for a total of five items. Take 5ive is available Monday - Friday during the breakfast and lunch periods.
