Simpson Unlimited Dining
Resident dining; pay one price at the door and enjoy “all you care to eat” at its best.  Door prices: Breakfast $4.90, Lunch/Brunch $8.20, Dinner $8.95.   Multiple formats include Redstone Grille with standard grill items plus daily specials, Redstone Kitchen; a cook to order entrée station, pizza and pasta bars and a Chef’s corner with daily home style favorites as well as vegetarian and vegan entrees.

One of the most popular formats, Pacifica , has entrees inspired by the Pacific Rim and always features a tofu selection at lunch and dinner. An, on site bakeshop ensures sweet treats for every part of the day.
