Alice's Café
Offers the most extensive selection of Green Mountain Coffee flavors on campus. A cup of coffee and a made-to-order bagel sandwich is a great way to start the day. The Café also features express lunch items, Smart Market take-out, prepackaged snacks and a full compliment of bottled beverages.

Harris-Millis Unlimited Dining
Pay one price at the door and enjoy "all you care to eat” at its best.  Door prices: Breakfast $4.90, Lunch/Brunch $8.20, Dinner $8.95.  Menu highlights at this newly renovated facility feature open hearth stone fired pizza & flatbreads, pasta favorites and international entrees featuring fresh, local ingredients; a personalized salad toss, deli sandwiches and a meal replacement “take out” option.

Brain Café is an area designed to offer healthy foods choices to promote the health and wellbeing of the student. Foods available in the Brain Café have been selected to provide the maximum benefits to your diet they include fresh fruit, smoothies, energy bars, yogurt treats, whole grain cereals, espresso and herbal teas.

Take 5ive a resident take-out program located inside Harris-Millis gives students an alternative option to dining in. Students can select one entrée, one beverage and complete their meal with sides, baked goods or dessert for a total of five items.

University Marché
A retail venue with multiple dining platforms including an open-concept Euro Kitchen offering plated lunch and dinner entrees, and a great selection of daily offerings from their deli case. Gifts from the Garden is a dedicated vegan area, Copper Hearth features great pizza, quesadillas and hot sandwiches.

An in-house bakery generates freshly baked pastries to accompany Green Mountain Roasters Coffee or a Freshens smoothie. Marché also houses an extensive line of convenience groceries including vegan, vegetarian and organic items.
