Alice's Café
Offers the most extensive selection of Green Mountain Coffee flavors on campus. A cup of coffee and a made-to-order bagel sandwich is a great way to start the day. The Café also features express lunch items, Simply to Go take-out, prepackaged snacks and a full compliment of bottled beverages.

Harris/Millis Unlimited Dining
Pay one price at the door and enjoy "all you care to eat” at its best. Door prices: Breakfast $6.35, Lunch/Brunch $10.20, Dinner $10.95. Menu highlights include an open hearth stone fired pizza & flatbreads, pasta favorites and international entrees featuring fresh, local ingredients; a personalized salad toss, deli sandwiches and a meal replacement “take out” option.

My Zone is an area designed to provide a safe environment for those with the following dining needs or diets: gluten free, lactose free and peanut free. The zone is complete with a dedicated toaster, microwave and refrigerator, separate utensils and cutting boards and gloves.

Simply-to-Go Resident Take-Out program is located inside Harris/Millis providing students with an alternative option to dining in. Students can select one entrée, one beverage and complete their meal with a side and a baked good or dessert for a total of four items. Simply-to-Go Resident Take-Out is available Monday - Friday during the breakfast and lunch periods 7:30 am - 3:00 pm.

University Marché
A retail venue with multiple dining platforms including an open-concept Euro Kitchen offering plated lunch and dinner entrees, and a great selection of daily offerings from their deli case. Gifts from the Garden is a dedicated vegan area, Copper Hearth features great pizza, quesadillas and hot sandwiches. As well as Simply to Go pre-packaged foods for take-out plus prepackage kosher sandwiches and salads.

An in-house bakery generates freshly baked pastries to accompany Green Mountain Roasters Coffee or a Freshens smoothie. Marché also houses an extensive line of convenience groceries including vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free and organic items.
