  • Vermont KosherKosher Dining at UVM
    As part of the Redstone Unlimited renovation a certified Kosher Kitchen has been incorporated to provide Kosher food to the UVM community. The Kosher Kitchen is designated as a meat/parve kitchen and is operated by Vermont Kosher LLC, under the Orthodox Rabbinical supervision of Chabad of Vermont. Click here to learn more.





  • EcoWare LogoEco-Ware Program Adds a Soup Containers
    Did you know that UVM has a reusable take-out program? In collaboration with Walter Poleman of the Greenhouse Residential Learning Community, Erica Spiegel of Physical Plant and several Honors College students, Eco-Ware was implemented in January 2011 to reduce the environmental impact of retail dining at UVM. Since its launch the Eco-Ware program has expanded across campus and is available at the following locations: The Atrium, Redstone Marketplace, New World Tortilla, Northside Café, The Marketplace, Waterman Café and The Manor.

    In March 2012, the Eco-Ware program introduced a new container for soup (and casseroles at The Marché only). The Eco-Soup conatiner is a available at The Marketplace, The Marché, Waterman Café and The Manor. Learn more about the program and how you can participate or follow us on Facebook.
